Our Feasibility Survey is of paramount importance at the start of any project.
Whether it’s for a Bath Out – Shower In replacement. A total replan of a luxury Bathroom, Shower Room, Wet Room or Cloakroom.
One of our designers will visit the potential clients home and carry out an extensive survey.
Tasks:
- Measure and photograph the existing room.
- Identify the current water, heating, electrical & lighting systems.
- Close inspection of the flooring, walls, ceiling surfaces etc that may need to be replaced.
- Identify the possibility of other layouts within the room.
- Ask a series of questions to build a picture of exactly what the clients dream room consists of.
- Needs, styles, sizes, colours & textures are also ideally identified at this stage.
The clients “Happy Spend” is also identified at this stage. This helps our designers to source products from the correct suppliers and helps them to gather information that will then be talked about when the client attends the presentation.
