Technical support is paramount, and is at the heart of our customer service process.

Our 30 plus years of working within the bathroom industry, and within the installation industry gives us a very good understanding of most of the products we offer.
If we are unsure of any specific products, we have (direct dial) telephone numbers to each of our suppliers Technical Department Technicians.
All technical data of each product is held on file and is available within a short space of time. This data can be emailed directly to the installer with our permission.

If an installer requires first hand knowledge of any product, our suppliers will talk to them directly on the telephone between the working hours of Mon-Fri 09.30-16.30 with our permission.
